Cultural Vistas has a long history of providing enriching internship opportunities for international students and young professionals. Our program staff works with partner organizations to place participants across a variety of industries and fields, ranging from high-tech companies and startups to law firms, universities, nonprofits, and government organizations.
The Global Career Launch program offers:
- Six-to-eight week unpaid summer internships in your field of choice
- Flexible timetable and opportunity to receive academic credit
- J-1 visa sponsorship from Cultural Vistas to live and work in the United States
- Internship placement in one of three major U.S. cities
- Support from dedicated in-city staff and Cultural Vistas’ 24-hour emergency hotline
- Cost savings available as part of ‘early-bird’ discount program
- Shared accommodation with other international participants
- Medical insurance
- Welcome orientation seminar and group dinner upon arrival
- Cultural activities, sightseeing events, and free weekends
- Public transportation passes for the duration of the program

This internship program taught me to adapt to a new and unfamiliar environment with culture totally different from my home country.
