Refund Policy

  • Cancellations between March 8 and April 5: 50% refund of program fee
  • Cancellations between April 6 and April 30: 25% refund of program fee
  • No refunds available after May 1
  • Deposit and application fees are non-refundable*

Please note:
*If visa is denied by the U.S. consulate, all payments except $100 (including application and deposit fee) will be returned.
*Failure to participate in visa interview is not considered a 'visa denial'.
*Any student who does not havean internship offer one month befores start date will receive a full refund.

Program Fee Information

The program fee covers: an eight week unpaid internship, welcome orientation, city tour, shared accommodations, group social and cultural activities on weekends, public transportation passes, medical insurance, closing reception, certificate of completion, and in-city staff support for the duration of the program. Airfare, actual visa cost, daily meals, personal travel and expenses are not included in the program fee.

Discount opportunities
If participants pay their deposit on or before January 18, an additional $100 will be waved from the total program fee.

Payment method
Student will be asked to pay the application fee online through credit card (Visa or Mastercard) after submitting the application.
